Thanks to the fact that the gel is transparent you can use lipstick and other make up as usual. The ingredients in NOQ are aqua, 1,5-pentanediol, carbomer, sodium hydroxide. NOQ does not contain any mineral oils. 1,5-pentanediol is broken down to the body´s own substances and there are no known side effects.
